Fully Transparent and Flexible Ultraviolet-Visible Photodetector Based on Controlled Electrospun ZnO-CdO Heterojunction Nanofiber Arrays

Ultraviolet-visible aligned nanofiber array photodetector based on ZnO-CdO heterojunctions electrospun using a modified method is fabricated. The UV-Vis photodetector demonstrates a 105photocurrent/dark current ratio and a fast response speed of ~ 3 s under 325 nm light illumination. Comprehensive photoelectric and carrier transport properties of the detector at different wavelengths, different light intensities, and different pressures are investigated. The photodetector has high transparency, 95%, in the spectral range of 400-800 nm and maintains its properties even after 200 bending cycles. The results imply that this heterojunction photodetector has a high potential  formulticolour optoelectronic devices.
