Dr. Muhammad Hafeez is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Islamabad, Pakistan. In 2005, He received his BS degree from University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. In 2007, He won MS leading to PhD scholarship from Higher education commission (HEC) Pakistan and completed his MS (Physics) in 2009 and received his PhD (Physics) degree in 2013 from Department of Physics, CIIT, Islamabad, Pakistan. In 2011-2012, He visited International Center for Materials Nanoarchitechtonics (MANA), National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Japan as a visiting researcher for 6 months. Recently in 2014, He joined Mesoscopic Functional Materials and Devices Laboratory, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China as a postdoctoral fellow. His area of interest is optical, sensing and electrical properties of inorganic semiconductor nanostructures.
